Just wanted to thank you for the great job on encasement of my special flowers. We love it. I’ll be sure to pass this on. Thanks again

The owner totally ghosted my appointment which had been planned for several weeks as well as confirmed a couple of days beforehand. I drove all the way to this place of business with my flowers that I actually repaid for specifically for this appointment (because she said she couldn’t use my original bridal bouquet) just to find a closed up shop. Disappointed and truly the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever come across. Zero stars if it were available. Complete waste of my money and time. Don’t use this company.

I'll start off by stating that we do love the piece and it is beautiful hanging on the wall. It is also a very expensive piece. Unfortunately, flowers started falling off after only 8 months (I was informed it would last forever as long as it was properly taken care of, and it has been hanging in the same spot since the day we brought it home). I gave them a call to let them know and they stated I would have to bring it back and pay $45 more dollars to have them open it up to remove them. I was slightly confused as I was promised this would last forever and after only 8 months I was going to have to pay even more for it. She then began to tell a story of how this happened before with another customer but they dropped it (not sure how this would have related to me since I did nothing to it). This was clearly an issue with how the flowers were dried or how it was sealed. If it was years down the road I wouldn't have had an issue with paying slightly more to fix it. But 8 months later??? Really??? Clearly this was an issue with how it was handled on their part. Especially when we just paid over $400 for it not too long ago.
