        Besides what anyone says about the current landlord she's willing to work with you as long as you're honest & upfront. Maintenance is a little slow now but overall if you need anything fix they will see to it.

        One of the WORST places to live in Western PA. The apartments themselves are filthy and run down. Be prepared to scrub them yourself when you move in. Mary Ann the so called Landlord is a Slum Lord that is LAZY, doesn’t do her job and gives complete additude if you need anything! By far the worst experience I have had in a long while. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!
