Ace Of Swords Tattoo

I put a deposit for my tattoo about 10 months ago, but finding out I was actually pregnant and couldnt get my tattoo as planned. Michela agreed to keep my deposit and put it towards my tattoo in the future. I contacted her a month ago and she said no problem we can schedule you. Now its been over 3 weeks and I cant get her to even answer me. I completely understand she has a full book/other clients but to take my deposit and not even schedule my new appointment? She posts on Instagram constantly so obviously she is seeing I am messaging her. Very unprofessional and rude.

Waited six months for my appointment. She canceled it two days prior and never responded to texts or phone calls to reschedule. I completely understand needed to cancel an appointment, just very bad business practice to ghost your clients.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I can only talk about my experience with Michela. Not only is it extremely hard to get in contact with her about a tattoo but after you get in contact with her and book an appointment she rarely even responds. I get that she has a lot of people contacting her every day so I just kept texting her for several days just to confirm my appointment and she still didn't reply when asking just to confirm that I still have my appointment. All I was asking for was a simple yes or no. The day of my appointment she decided to cancel which again was ok because it was an emergency. I decided to give a few days to reply and when I saw her posting on Instagram again I decided to follow up about my rescheduled appointment. Still no response for a couple days and several text message. Finally she responds and tells me that since me tattoo is simple I should see if someone else can do it. All in all very unprofessional! As a business owner myself I don't take on more than I can handle and if you do become my client I make sure that your taken care of especially if I set something up with you. I feel like my time was wasted and if she was that busy she could have told me a long time ago to ask someone else to do it because she was to busy.
