    This was the rudest I have EVER been treated by a business. I faxed a request for my daughter's medical records to their company. On my first attempt, I sent the fax to the main office number. Upon realizing my mistake, I sent the request to the correct fax number. The fax machine I used apparently tries multiple times in order to send a fax when it is unsuccessful at first. I then got a fax back to my work line, pictured below. I found it to be rude, but didn't think much of it. Later I received a 22 page fax of all blank pages from this company. I called them and spoke to a woman who said they didn't receive a fax from me, and she said she would go back to the back and check the fax machine and would call me back. She called my cell phone a few minutes later, and told me that I had faxed them so many times that it was "annoying" and kept going to the wrong line. I tried to explain that I had only sent it to the wrong number 1 time, and that the fax machine but she would not let me speak. I then asked her to let me respond and explain and she put me on hold. Diane Shuster got on the line and began yelling at me from the outset of the phone call. Just telling me to fax the number and I will get the records I needed. I said, DIane, I do not know why you are being so rude to me?" She responded "Well I don't know why you are the way you are!!! Fax the records to the right number next time" And she hung up on me. The woman that answers the phones let me know that Diane is the partial owner, and there is no one higher up than her at the company. So this level of disrespect and awful rudeness comes straight from the top. I asked for a call back from Diane or another owner tomorrow for an explanation and an apology for the way that I was treated, if it is received I will update this review
