I do live in Colorado, and we have not had much snow this winter.
The first time I used Safe Paw product I just sprinkled on the spots that were icey. No more 1 1/2 cups. When I went out to sweep off the rest of the ice I noticed several of the spots where i had used Safe Paws the concrete was damaged. This was a new sidewalk, done this fall. Use in a very small area before you use.

Their snow salt saves me a ton of time from having to shovel & chop at frozen blocks of ice. I know it's summer, but getting a head start on my winter prep this year!
