I think the tuna melt I was served at this establishment contained spoiled food. I've got a hardy stomach and can usually get anything down, but I had a tough time with this sandwich...

Cashier rushed my order as if she was in a hurry to get me away so she could continue to talk to her associate, The sandwich was horribly made, I believe a 5 year old could have made a better sandwich, there was more sauce on the thing than meat! I had to toss it in the waste bin! I wish I would have hit the Burger King instead!

How inconvenient it must be to have customers. Staff was standing around chatting and didnt care that three people wanted to place orders. Nothing else was going on so these were the only guests. Staff kept chatting away and looking straight at us. After 10 minutes we were about ready to just leave but the ladies decided to take orders now. Sorry we interrupted your afternoon, we wont bother you again.

If you're in a hurry, go somewhere else! If you have patience and want a delicious sandwich, stand there and enjoy the show. I don't think I've ever seen someone work as slowly as the two employees that were working this afternoon.. It took nearly 10 minutes just to place an order and there was no one waiting in front of me when I arrived. 3 customers behind me left the line while I waited. If I didn't enjoy the delicious chicken carbonara so dang much I would have filled my belly with something different. After placing an order with a not so pleasant young lady our food did come out after another 5 or so minutes which wasn't so bad and the sandwich was quite delicious..so for that I'm giving it 3 stars. Overall pretty awful service considering it was not busy at all at while we were there.. I could not imagine what these two would have done if this service plaza was as busy as the others we stopped at. ***GET THE CHICKEN CARBONARA WITH EXTRA SAUCE AND THANK ME WHEN YOU'RE FINISHED!!!***
