We had an appointment for an estimate but due to time constraints we had to cancel when we found someone else who could complete the work sooner. They showed up anyway and were very rude to my husband when he informed them we hired someone else. Within no time at all I was emailed a bill for $75 for a canceled service call… for a free estimate! I guess they had nothing else better to do that day and would have preferred to come into the house and waste their time quoting the work that they wouldn’t have been getting. After contacting them I am still being harassed with “reminders” to pay my bill. So glad we didn’t let these guys do work on our house with the way they run their business!

Tech was unprofessional. Didn’t finish job. Was a no show for first appt. was confrontational to tenant and when I later called confrontational and aggressive with me making me feel uncomfortable. Never fixed leak and still was charged. Do not use this plumber. Eventual plumber hired was amazing and honest and patient. Keep searching. Save yourself the aggregation. My Rheem water heater started leaking water and it was under warranty. Rheem tech support setup a dispatch with this Company. There was a guy named Zach who came out and said the expansion tank was bad and replaced it. Minutes after he left water started leaking again. I called this bussiness and spoke to Jeanie and she said the guy made a mistake of not telling you the expansion tank wasn't covered under warranty. She dispatched him out and this time he replaced PRV (pressure relief valve). I asked him if he was confident that fixed the water leak. At this point, he checked the main water pressure into the house and it was 90 and that should have been
