Motherhood Maternity Outlet

So I have to say how great of an experience I had at this location! I arrived to the store only 25 mins before they closed at 9pm, so I was extremely short on time, especially for what I was there for (getting a last minute dress for my baby shower) I had never been to a Motherhood Maternity store before, only to the Macy's that carries their clothes. I went on their website and looked at the dresses they carried so that I'd have an idea of what I wanted. So I walked right up to the counter and showed the girl who was working (her name was Kristen) my list of saved dresses from the website. She showed me where they all were and told me which ones were flattering on everyone and some other helpful advice. Then she started a fitting room for me. I went in to start trying the dresses on and there was only 9 mins until the store closed. I told her I would be as quick as I could and she said to take my time and not to worry about it. I proceeded with showing her how the dresses looked and she was very sweet and helpful and told me which ones that she liked the best. I ended up finally leaving the store around 9:23pm, 23 minutes after they closed. She did not once rush me or make me feel like I had to hurry, and I was so extremely appreciative of that since it was a special event that I was picking the dress out for. So everyone go see Kristen at the Motherhood Maternity outlet store in Hershey!! Thanks again Kristen

Great customer service. I went to return items I bought online and did so quickly and without issue. I was able to get everything I had originally wanted to purchase.
