Wash Wearhouse Laundromat

My recent experience at Wash Wear House Laundromat was far from satisfactory. Despite being a 24-hour facility, I encountered a significant issue - the absence of hot water. This is a fundamental requirement for effective laundering, especially for those of us who rely on hot washes for a thorough clean. The lack of this essential service greatly impacted my laundry experience. Compounding the issue, while the laundromat does provide a contact number, my attempts to reach out for assistance during my visit were met with no response. For a facility that operates round-the-clock, it is critical to have a responsive support system in place for immediate assistance or to address any concerns that may arise outside of conventional business hours. I urge the management to consider this feedback seriously and take immediate steps to ensure the availability of hot water and improve their response rate to customer inquiries. Providing basic amenities and dependable customer support is essential for a laundromat, and I hope to see these issues rectified for a better patron experience in the future.

I have been coming to this laundromat for about 3 years. Unfortunately tonights issue will be the last time I use this laundromat. I put $7 in the machine along with my clothing, soap. It started, then did nothing. The clock never continued. The lock on the door refused to open. There are NO PHONE NUMBERS to contact ANYONE for any issues. This place is a 24/hr establishment needless to say, I had to leave all my clothes and put a note on te door asking someone to call me in the morning. Guess Im calling out of work tomorrow to go get my clothes and wash them elsewhere. Huge inconvenience. RESPONSE Clearly your missing the point.. There is no way of contacting anyone in the event of something like this. I called the phone number no the phone just rang inside, I heard it. No message stating another number to call, no after hours number. Believe me I tried reaching out, I even called the non emergency number for Hawley borough police and state police to see if anyone had a contact number which they didnt. How about having a phone number or email even for patrons to contact someone in the business? You have a 24/hr laundromat and issues will arise inevitably. That would be VERY useful for instances like this. That is why the 1 star review.. this may seem like a non urgent issue to YOU however I spent and hour and a half in your laundromat trying to figure out how to get my clothing out of the washing machine, then additionally took of work today to hopefully remedy the issue and get my clothing. You have plenty of signs stating you are not responsible for lost or stolen property, so making sure I got my clothing was definitely my goal.

Well I'm not a big review guy, but in this case, I'm taking the time to hopefully help the next unsuspecting victim from dealing with what I went through. Where do I start? It's a 24 HOUR laundromat-yet you cannot get ahold of anyone. Their is NO PHONE NUMBER to contact. You are gambling with your personal items, because if there is an issue, you WILL NOT have any means of getting ahold of anyone. I can also see, that if anyone leaves an honest review, they respond with a deflective, snarky response that feigns courtesy and caring, but is hollow and worthless, with no real resolution. So they take your money 24 hours a day, but will provide ZERO support after hours. Oh, and the place could use a wipe down and sweep. And has NOBODY noticed for 2 years the noisy snack machine??? Cmon man, get it fixed.
