Pike Family Health Center

Have issues everytime I go or even call. They cancel my appointments more then half the time when Ive been waiting long periods, and then say they cant reschedule for another 2+ months. They cause more pain due to that. Shouldnt take over 5 months to get a single cavity filled and shouldnt have to wait 2 months for a new appointment after they cancel last minute due to their own staffing problems. Have also had multiple rude employees. Its almost a highschool setting

This is the second time I've waited an hour for my appointment. This time I was told they can't help when emergencies occur. I wasn't informed of an emergency, it might've made the hour in the little room more bearable, but honestly, probably not.

I Went yesterday Feb 12, usually feeling very anxious going to the dentist! .. The office staff went above & beyond from scheduling the appointments, being courteous,helping everyone.also , felt comfortable with my Nurse ,assisting me and guiding with kind ,clear directions.Dr Megan Martino was great ,I appreciate her input, overall so glad I went to this location.

Worst experience ever!! First time going to this dentist and the dentist was very rude to me and didn't want to listen to me and belittled me. Don Hun Han, who was my dentist was so rude and kept upsetting me when I tried to explain the amount of pain i was in and how sensitive my gums and teeth are. I ended up walking out with how horrible I was treated. No bedside manner at all. Will never go back

Brought my child to check up. Waited in hall area for 42. There was no one in waiting area and no one came out from the office too...The nurse without checking vital signs and asking what was the matter sent us to emergency room. I told her why would I expose my child to the area, where people in critical condition, if my kid has no fever, her oxygen is 98 ? My kid has asthma and I always carry oximeter at my bag, so I checked . My kid has simple cough and I want to make sure that it's will not develop further, do we need to go for that in emergency room? She rudely reply me back that I must call in advance. I replied her that I left 3 messages at the morning at 7.30 am, 8:25 am and 10 am and no one called us back, so I simply brought the child to the office. She had nothing to say and suddenly told me:" Do you understand English? " . I calmly responded that my English is perfectly fine and I am certified teacher. We simply walked away from the office and I scheduled with no problem appointment in Lake Ariel office for the same day at 3:30. Dr. Daymon will lost all his clients, because of lousy staff... When secretary acts like a doctor with no credentials and medical assistant diagnosis the patient with no actual check up it doesn't sound right ... Stay away from this place ... I would rather drive extra 20 miles from my to home, but I would trust my kid to hands of professionals versus con artists in Pike Family Center...Do yourself favor and save your time and energy... Hope one day someone will check up this place and fix their nonsense...
