Extremely helpful, caring, professionals. They understood my problems, and are very understanding in fixing them as we move forward. Kind, courteous staff, who knows what they are doing. Refreshing experience here, as they are my new team aiming to keep me comfortable, and as well as can be. A1+++++ Thank you!

To the owner/your response....do not know how to send you a private message through your reply or web site, as you requested. Perhaps you can advise. Thank you. Unfortunately, the Wright Group was the Wrong Group for me. The staff was very friendly and professional as long as my needs were routine. When more medical problems arose, you can't speak directly with the doctor, even when they say to call you back with problems. The organization is set up to screen, route and have all calls handled by other personnel. I won't go into the many serious problems I had with this group, but it's safe to say that I won't ever be going back. I believe for basic care most of the people at the local facility care to do a good job. So, if that works for you, then this is the right place.

Their medical staff at Hawley deserves 5 stars, which is by far the most important part. Unfortunately, the Wright Center system has terrible communication and logistics which is why I couldnt give it 5 stars. However, the medical staff there makes it worth going through that bureaucracy.

Very professional staff, friendly always very convenient to make appointments, they always are so helpful around my busy work schedule
