I, like other parents leaving reviews had a horrible experience here, afterward I quickly found another practice and will never return to this office. I actually started coming here when I was a baby (1980s), so when I had a child I just picked them as his doctor. I must say the white, @50 year old women nurse with shorter hair should not be in the healthcare field. My whole family is either nurses or doctors so I understand some days are worse than others. Her behavior and treatment towards children and their parents is entirely inappropriate. -If you're looking for a peds office I would advise you to keep searching. -If you run this office I would advise you to find a new nurse!

I typically don't leave reviews online unless they are negative. But it really dawned on me today as I was looking for our children's doctor's phone number that I've never had a bad experience here. We've switched insurance providers a whole bunch of times and the staff has always been understanding (as well as the business office) and allowed time for things to be rebilled to the right insurance to make sure that we are settled appropriately. We can always get a same day sick appointment (which isn't normal), and the kids like their doctors. They are 50/50 on the nurses but that's because the nurses give the shots - not because of their demeanor. All in all, a great place to bring your children for medical care.

I have been taking my kids to this office for the past 7 years, from their initial pediatrician visit to this date. I have had a couple upsetting moments but I figure its human nature.After todays experience, I am removing my kids records from this place and I am transferring them to chop network. The front office staff have no sense of customer care and very rude. I am not particularly satisfied with some doctors either. I will only be missing Doc Mangano for his love and passion for his job. They have to realise that parents take the time to research an office to help keep their children for all their childhood as ns not to bounce back and forth. Unfortunately, too many people only see the business part of things these days .

We switched to this practice this year and will be leaving after just 3 appointments. Completely incompetent and rude. They did not properly review the charts and attempted to give my child vaccines that she had last year. When I expressed my concerns about it the nurse was extremely rude and loudly spoke negatively about me in the lobby ( where they didnt realize that my daughter could hear them). We were given an inaccurate diagnosis and prescription at our last visit. They also charge $10 to have physical forms signed, even when you are there for a scheduled physical. We were also there for 2.5 hours!

It's really a shame because the doctor I have here is really wonderful and I absolutely love her. She's patient and knowledgeable and works well with my son. But the front desk, the billing, the record Keepers, and everybody else who works there are absolute idiots. They get records mixed up and wrong. They forgot I was a patient. They thought that we had transferred to a different pediatrician, because they did not read the full notes in the file. They were not able to tell me my exact days of vaccinations for my son. It's absolutely chilling and terrifying to think that a medical office can mess up records or not read them completely or have them to be inaccurate. That they don't take the proper notes and that the staff has no idea which patient is which. I am thoroughly disgusted and I think the doctors should fire their entire staff and hire some actual professionals instead of some random old people off the street.
