        Good customer service at this location KD (the store manager) is great at her job! She is very good at multitasking and will get you a good deal with Tmobile (if one exists at the time) she is excellent at explaining your future bill with any add on services!

        Worst customer service ever. I would NOT recommend going to this store at all. Lack of communication and doesnt help at all. The lady was so rude and didnt try to even help us with phone trade in. This store is not a corporate location. Please think twice before making your way. I would rather visit The T-Mobile location on 309 road. Please be careful.
