Terrible! I got my taxes done here and was told all kinds of misinformation. First I was told that I was receiving a $1300 anticipation loan within 24 hours. That evening I got a call from liberty saying I was approved for $800. The next day (24 hours later) still no money. It never came until two days later. I was also told by the tax preparer that the loan amount would be repaid out of my federal return. So my state return was deposited on the 12th. But I never received it. Called liberty and they tell me they took that to repay part of the loan. So basically the preparer told me incorrect information on both of these issues and I still have to pay $451 for her to do my taxes which I could have done myself. I expressed my disappointment with both issues and all they would say is sorry. No offer of a reduced prep fee, nothing. My advice - stay far away from this company. They intentionally leave out important info and then dismiss it like no big deal.
