        I was told in order to get my machine I had to have a card on file. Normal okay cool. But come to find they automatically without consent have you on autopay and you can’t change unless you call. I was furious. That could have severely affected my budget and bills. I will not do business with them again for this. You need consent to do autopay. I also didn’t get replies from their adapt health counter parts to be able to send the machine back resulting in the bill. I will be fighting it to as I only used it for a week and my sleep was worse.

        Great tech who picked up our rented equipment & was on time. Parke Rhineer was polite and courteous and on time and found our apartment with no problems. I cant say that about other techs though.
