Jim Petrascu of the Petrascu Law Firm represented my store, The Beer Baron, in our protest of Acme's attempt to transfer a liquor license to their store directly next to me. Jim was terrific! His preparation for the hearing was outstanding. He conferred with me prior to the hearing on multiple occasions to insure we had a well mapped out strategy and he delivered exceptionally on that plan. Jim's vast experience and knowledge of the liquor law was extremely helpful as he deftly and professionally handled the proceedings. I sincerely appreciate Jim's professionalism and knowledge of PLCB regulations. He has helped us with all aspects of licensing and adjudication of citations. We have used other liquor license attorneys in the past and none compare to the level of service and knowledge that Jim possesses.
