        Jim is an excellent agent and a pleasure to deal with. But his employee was often rude. I constantly felt terrible when he served me. I realized that this couldnt continue like this and I changed my office. Its a shame that such excellent agents have such tactless employees.

        These guys are great. Always looking out for my coverage and ways to get me the coverage I need at a rate I can afford. I have been with StateFarm since 1987 and they have always out performed my expectations! Highly recommend Jim, Ed, and Kristen!
