The store says it is going out of business, but has been open for months since. The store has some okay selections for couches and beds, but the salesmen are often pushy or openly uninterested in you if you have a simple question. Both times we were there the same salesmen was cursing and loudly talking bad about other employees and customers while walking around the store. If you don't mind any of that, I think there might be some good deals when they actually do more than 20% off.

I purchased a sectional, large chair and ottoman in early August for delivery in September. I had to call middle of September to get an update on my delivery and they said the sectional and chair have been ready but they were waiting for the ottoman. I asked why no one called me saying that and that I will take my furniture without the ottoman. I asked when the ottoman would arrive and they said they are thinking sometime end of October. October fly's through, I haven't received a call. I finally received a call from Customer Service on 11/7 saying that my furniture was going to be delivered on 11/12. I ended up calling Wolf's on 11/11 asking if I can get the address changed to two houses down since it requires a signature. They said they have nothing on the books for me to be delivered. I asked how that was even possible. They didn't know. Then they said I see you got the rest of your furniture delivered this past weekend. I said NO, i actually got it delivered end of September. Then I asked if a manager could please call me. I received no call that day so decided to go into the store to discuss further. I got to talk with the manager and she proceeded to tell me that the ottoman is now showing to deliver Dec 4th. I told her how ridiculous that was and the fact that no one communicated with me through the whole process including my salesman was absolutely crazy. She kept defending Wolfs in general and was not listening to my story. I asked if she can offer a discount, take some money away from the shipping that I paid or something! She said no I can't. I cancelled the ottoman and will NEVER go back there again nor would I recommend it to a single sole. I also think that Ms Menges who is the manager should be going elsewhere. She has the worst customer service skills!
