Best Friends Day Care

My son goes there, this place is fair with their prices, Most of the staff are very friendly . The one thing i have a problem with is they can be very disorganize at times. They work with you depending on how many days a week you need. Ms.Ashley , Ms. Jenny are all great care takers.

Jenny is a great employee. She deserves so much better than this place has to offer her. She was great with my daughter when she took care of her. She is the best part about this establishment. From an early age we have had issues. Such as my crawling daughter chocking on a leaf. (Tells you how clean the place is). Her current “teacher” (Yaz), if you would like to call her a teacher, is awful. She is very unprofessional. My daughter has been coming home bright red and chaffed every day of the week. (Both lady parts) After seeking medical advice it was told that whomever is changing her “must not know how”. This issue was reported to the branch director, then Yaz proceeded to yell at my wife in the parking lot for “accusing her of abusing my daughter”. She then proceeded to tell us not to come back. The situation was then reported to the owner of the establishment. We have asked many of times for a log of diaper changes. To no avail this request was not taken seriously and rarely done. If you are reading this, please do not take your kid here. Not unless you want to deal with an employee with a poor attitude that does not want to be there. Please do not take your kid here if you want them to come home with red rashes from scrubbing to wipe them clean after giving special instructions several times to not do this. We will not be returning to this establishment with our child.

Unorganized and not very clean or interactive. Somewhat affordable though compared to others. You definitely get what you pay for.
