i called to get help with my account about 12:30 today and ms Aubrey misunderstood what i needed help with and she hung up on me 3 times i am very unhappy with her and i need corporate number i will be reporting this

Katie was helpful to me and had some fee reimbursed to me that was supposed to be for an overdrawn account. Wasn't super excited about the fact that I got charged that in the first place since the account that was supposedly used by me wasn't or at least not with my explicit permission and I was charged twice for the supposed transaction.
I feel like they just make these charges up sometime and it is aggravating.
But I'm glad Katie had that reimbursed. $72 is a lot of money to just vanish.
Katie gets 3.5 stars, pnc banking system gets 0.5 (I'm being generous here with the 0.5 stars!)
