        For anyone who's 2020 taxes they are holding. They did file an extension but the extension expired 10/1/2021. you are now delinquent. I called the IRS advocate line and was advised to log IRS form 14157 "Return Preparer Complain". I would suggest you do the same

        I have been unable to reach anyone at any of their business phone extensions after repeated attempts. They just click and disconnect. I have left messages each time in the general mailbox to no avail. The last time I spoke to a real person , the repceptionist, she told me they would mail me a copy of my taxes ... which I also never received.. I am exceedingly exasperated with the lack of professionalism this business shows their clients, and would not recommend them
