We had an extremely positive experience purchasing and installing a new kitchen floor from Bergey’s. The staff are very helpful and we feel the service can’t be beat! Janel was fabulous and really knowledgeable!

I needed my carpet (not purchased from Bergey & Son) to be restretched and after calling Bergey and talking to a courteous employee who was friendlier and had a better price for the service than another local store I scheduled them to come out. The two guys who did the work were okay but when I received the bill a couple of days later I was very surprised to see that they had added on time to the job! I sent a letter to Bergey with an explanation and a check which paid for the amount of time the work actually took. Fortunately that was the end of that issue. Unfortunately several months later my carpet buckled again in some of the same places. My carpet is only five years old and very gently used so obviously the guys did not do the work correctly. Very disappointed.

I went here because I'm tired of buying rolled up rugs I can never get the creases out so I went to get a rug that was flat and I was very happy I will be going back because I bought remnants which are OK but I have to go back and get one hope please but now that I know it's there that's good It was a good experience I would definitely recommend this place.
