For the cost and location it's the best you can find. Of course if you spend 500.00 dollars or more you'll find a better apartment. Also with all the utilities included except electric !! can't be beat. It's safe for your children and people that live there are polite and respectful.

If I could give zero stars I would. The property management that called me back regarding an application and tour of the complex didnt even allow me to explain what was going on before he told me I was wasting his time. I highly do not recommend this apartment complex.

The apartments are small but they are in a safe location . The buildings are clean and everything is in working order. It would be nice if Harleysville Pa had a bus route or if the Telford train station were in operation. It can be quite difficult to get around in the snow and the town is short on street lamps. On the plus side you are in walking distance to Wal-Mart, Giant, the Harleysville Hotel, Subway and several other businesses.
