I have had the pleasure of working with Johanna H. Rehkamp, Esquire many times over the past 14 years. We first came to her looking for help with the custody of my stepson, when all other lawyers didn’t believe in our case. Johanna helped us with a plan that led us to full custody of our child. When my nephew needed help with his custody, I introduced him to Johanna and she was able to help him with his daughter’s custody case to a great end. Working with Johanna Rehkamp for the past fifteen years has been very rewarding. Initially, the lawyer I had hired was not concerned with custody issues for my son, and felt I should be content with having him every other weekend. This was not satisfactory, hence, my persuing another attorney. When I first met Johanna she was professional and kind and made me feel like she really cared and wanted to help me. I left her office feeling confident. Johanna was always realistic with my intentions and never regarded any questions as unimportant. She was respectful in all phone calls or emails, and kept me well advised. I am thankful for her professionalism and kindness. Johanna went above and beyond for me the entire time I worked with her! There was many phone conferences with Conciliator‘s and lawyers that lasted hours past closing, and she always called me to let me know what happened. Many times issues were fixed before I even knew they happened. Johanna fought for my son and me, resulting in my full custody. Because of her tenacity, I have referred others to her and wish her the future sho so deserves.

It is not a position anyone wants to be in to file for bankruptcy, but Attorney Stausbaugh and his team made it painless and easy. They were all very professional and understanding and treated me with kindness and compassion. I would highly recommend this firm for any of your legal needs.
