Layout looks great, but they messed up dates, sales numbers, and the wording was just bad. It came with way too much fluff and long sentences instead of bullets. I was a recruiter in the past and if I would have glanced at that resume, I would have been annoyed and tossed it. I tried to give feedback multiple times. I explained what I wanted via 2 different interviews and they just couldn't seem to get it right. The process is not effective. You speak with one person (hopefully it's someone who is a good interviewer and listener - mine did not hear me the 1st time) and then they hand off the info to another person to write the resume and it seems the info isn't relayed correctly. I was going for a promotion, not looking outside and they seemed to not be able to grasp this. Long story short, after many emails to them and no resolve, I spent 5 hours fixing mistakes and completely re-doing the final draft that they sent me. I found it pointless to try to explain AGAIN what I was looking for and 2 months later took matters into my own hands. I wouldn't recommend this service - I could have found a good layout online and done the rest on my own. If you have no idea how to write a resume, maybe this is for you but for the amount of $$ they charge, I expected so much more. I found it a waste of $$ and 2 months of my time.

My resume was decent and spoke well to my individual contributor capabilities, but my senior leadership skills and abilities were not represented well. Robynn's team knew just what to do. My resume, LinkedIn profile, and support items were done quickly and professionally. Just a few short months later, I'm starting my new position on Monday. I highly recommend Storeyline Resumes.
