Sorry I am late, but so were they! I set up a romantic night out for me and my wife on Valentine's day and ordered pizza as a treat for my kids. I figured there would be a delay, because of the day, boy was I right. After 2 hours I called and was told my 2 medium pepperoni pizzas, not a special order or anything, were on there way should be there any moment. Had to call back 2 more times, once told any minute, then I don't know man I guess I'll make you two new ones and deliver them myself. I was never offered any compensation, when I asked what he was going to do he said I'm already making 2 free pizzas! What?! I already paid and never got any pizzas! After 5 1/2 hours he delivers my pizzas and we had given up on our night out to make sure the kids were taken care of. Never will I order from this Papa Johns again!
