Been a long time customer there and this place has gone way down hill. They lie to you and scream at you over the phone. Will look for another pharmacy.

Worst experience ever with pharmacy! These people do not care about patients. I was discharged from hospital waiting for scripts for two hours. They wouldnt help or even call hospital to help them with the script order that somehow kept going to their long term care. If this is a recurrent problem with Giant Eagle they need to fix the problem. Not tell me they where closing soon and it wouldnt get filled. I had a very painful night until I could get my scripts filled at Walmart. Which is now my new pharmacy.

The drive thru is never open. It's periodically open. At the price of gas who wants to make multiple trips. My dad can't walk in to the pharmacy. I know they are short staffed, but what's one person just doing drive thru?

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I called the pharmacy & spoke to someone named Crystal who was extremely rude & unprofessional to me on the phone. It was re: a covid booster that my uncle had the card for (Moderna bi-valent), but said that he didn't get. Crystal said that she couldn't give me any personal info about my uncle, but I was with him and had him on speaker phone & he gave her permission to speak to me. He is 75 & hard of hearing. She said that they only had record of him receiving a flu shot, even though our record showed that he had a covid booster. She was talking over me in a loud unfriendly way and wasn't able to explain why they had given him a covid card that day when in fact he had a flu shot. All I wanted was to verify what shot he had so he wouldn't get two of the same. I ended up hanging up on her because she had such a nasty attitude and was pretty much raising her voice at me & my uncle. I highly recommend sending Crystal to etiquette school to learn how to speak to customers. She was horrible & because of her, I will take my business elsewhere.
