        Absolutely terrible. I had a problem with bed bugs and these people not only didn’t show up to inspect when they said they would but they did it twice without even a call as to why. Terrible

        I paid for 3 months of service at the beginning of the year and was told they wouldn't charge my card again unless i called and said i wanted to pay for another 3 months. Yesterday they tried to charge me $157. My card declined it. I called today and was told i now have to pay that because one of their guys performed a service the other day that i never even scheduled. He called me and told me he was coming. I explained to the representive on the phone that this was not explained to me correctly the day of service clearly. And was told theres nothing i can do. He sprayed half of a duplex and im being told i have to pay that $157....im so upset and i feel tricked. On top of everything i have made multiple appointments and they have no showed on 2 of them with not even a phone call. I had to call terminix and they werent sure where their tech was.
