Had a Bosch heat pump and air handler installed and had the oil furnace removed the techs were very good did a great job and cleaned up when they finished, would highly recommend this company

Fire and Ice did a great job installing my new AC unit. My old one stopped working, so I had a tech come out and take a look at it. He did a great job going into detail about the repair and what went wrong to cause the issues I was experiencing. Ultimately, I decided that it was time to replace my unit with a new one. I worked with them to pick out a unit that would work best for me and then I had them install it. It took them about 4-5 hours to install the new unit and my house has air conditioning again. Very satisfied with my experience and I would recommend their services to others that are in need of HVAC work. Service: AC installation

Absolute sham of "business". If i could give less than 1 star i would. Our AC stopped working during that really hot spell we had a few weeks ago, called them and they said to come on a Saturday they would have to charge a little more. We were burning hot, so we said fine. The guy comes, says your AC is a block of ice nothing i can do, I'll come back Monday. You owe us $150. He comes on Monday and says machine is completely dead, I turned it off so it stops blowing hot air. you need a new one. Oh by the way that will be $230 for the visit.
So they charged us $380 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
Wouldn't you know I call a local guy, he comes says oh, you're just out of coolant. Refills it... Like magic everything works. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY. ABSOLUTE CROOKS. Service: AC repair
