Car supplied with passenger side wing mirror which had badly spoiled glass which was almost impossible to see cars to the right with. Serious safety issue. Cars should be thoroughly checked for obvious safety concerns.

Customer service was good , but unfortunately the car given to me was not cleaned well. Seats were dirty etc. Car was smaller then my vehicle even though I have car rental match through my insurance that I pay extra for..

I seldom rent cars, but the people at this location made renting as painless as possible

after paying $1600 for a month rental only then to be left stranded . Then to be told they will no longer rent to me almost two weeks later when i put in a reservation online and conveniently the same young lady who was is such a rush that day and the only staff there that day was the one to call and tell me they wouldn’t be renting to me. Worst customer service, all the girl cared about and kept mentioning was how she had to go because she had an appointment after work. She made it quite clear she could of cared less about me as a customer. I will be sure to let everyone i know including a lot of corporate business that rent a lot from you guys (greensburg location)to take their business elsewhere.
