Bad police. Little tiny men and big fat ones, not fit to have power over anything more than a toaster

I am very concerned that Marlborough Twp. has hired Officer Dolby/Dalbey onto our township police force. We have a nice community here and deserve better. He may have completed his training... but that does not necessarily make for a good, knowledgeable and conscientious officer. If common sense, some knowledge of the world we live in, and a little bit of the psychology of human nature and how to treat people is lacking, then our township is in for some lawsuits. This officer takes the easiest route and least amount of work when called out on a complaint. He actually inflames the situation. Honestly speaking, I believe Chief Morgan will have his hands full with complaints on this mean spirited, uncaring officer. If the residents of our community of Marlborough Twp. are too much of a both for this officer to do his job, then maybe he should antagonize another townships residents and put them in harms way.

Lost my support the moment Mike (the tint Nazi) Dalbey was hired into the police force. Someone who goes through such extensive training to become an officer has nothing better to do than to turn around in the middle of the road just to pull over for window tint when there's no crime being committed by the defendant driving. If there's nothing better to do than to cite for window tint then in my eyes the force isn't needed. Anyone who wants to avoid a ticket from the Tint Nazi, avoid green lane area.

To what I understand this police station interacts w/ a cop Chris Schott. This unethical/immoral clown took my leg off in a head on collision. Yet he's still a flatfoot. How this department supports someone like this is disgusting.
