Chestnut Hill Lodge Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

The nurse was good on day shift food could be better wish they would give them a snack.rehab was good didn't give me a walker to come home with.The room was nice but needed cleaning up in the morning.

CHLRNH is a nice facility. I was visiting with my aunt for the first time up there. The staff was friendly. The hallways and room were clean. It smelled okay. Then began to smell a little more as time passed. I guess its to be expected. Its a nursing home. Overall it was okay for my first visit.

From the time that we entered the facility we were welcomed with a friendly smile and assistance with checking in. When we were on our way to Mom Olivia Holmes room everyone one was so welcoming from the food servers, housekeeping, nursing station, Social Worker to the business Mng Dept person Our questions was answered, the young man in house keeping assisted us with the TV which was not working properly, he located someone frim that dept to assist with getting the TV to work. The young man in housekeeping cleaned the room, the young lady from the nursing station assisted Mom with bathing her, took her to the bath room to handle her business, and changed her clothing what a great group of people with emmaculent customer service skills, they are to be commended with such great Customer Service skills. Very impressive because in today's world it's so hard to find we felt so comfortable with our family member being at your facility. Thanks to each one of them
