They’ve been awesome. We had mice. The exterminator came in masked up during COVID. Found the source of the problem and gave me temporary solutions to mitigate the problem for a couple of months or longer term solution that would eliminate the problem for good. We were in a rental, so we went with the short term strategy and it worked well. Then we moved out of the place because we knew that it would be a matter of time before the move were back. They were honest, transparent and showed me all of the problems. Hopefully, I won’t have to use them again, but if I do have a problem, I’m calling Baxter first.

FOR THIS TO BE A BLACK OWNED BUSINESS I AM HONESTLY DISAPPOINTED. TECHNICIAN LIED ABOUT PROVIDING SERVICE ON THE SECOND ROUND OF TREATMENT. AFTER COMPLETING THIRD ROUND OF TREATMENT AND NOT SEEING ANY RESULTS I SCHEDULED A NEW APPOINTMENT USING MY 90 DAY WARRANTY AND THE TECHNICIAN DID NOT SHOW. I WAS EXPECTING THE TECHNICIAN TO ARRIVE AT 1PM BY 3PM THE TECHNICIAN TEXTED AND SAID HE WOULD ARRIVE BY 20 MIN…HE NEVER SHOWED AND I DID NOT HEAR FROM HIM THERE AFTER. I TRIED CONTACTING THE TECHNICIAN VIA CALL AND THE TECHNICIAN FWD CALL TO VM. I TRIED TO CONTACT THE OFFICE TO RESCHEDULE AND I WAS UNABLE TO GET THROUGH BECAUSE THEY BLOCKED MY NUMBER. WHEN I CALLED BACK ON *67 THE WOMAN HUNG UP ON ME. PLEASE I AM TRYING TO SAVE YOU THE HASSLE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. ANYTIME YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SERVICES IT IS A MUST TO SEARCH BBB REVIEWS. WHILE SPEAKING TO BBB I WAS INFORMED THAT MANY PEOPLE BEFORE ME HAD SIMILAR ISSUES WITH THIS COMPANY.
