Jim knows his stuff & found the problem very quickly! He is very busy guy but very efficient. He treated termites at my house and ants at my business at what I feel was a fair price!

I called this company mid February to be put on a maintainance program. I did not receive a phone call back for a while. Finally, he did respond -- telling me that he was on this very exotic vacation, blah, blah, blah... Okay I told myself, everyone is entitle to splurge a little..not that I needed to know every detail. He told me to call back when the weather warmed up. I called him, meaning the owner again (Jim Charlton) and we arranged for a time for him to come out. He investigated my property and told me that it was not yet time to spray for bees and that he would need to come back in two weeks. Why I asked myself if he knew this ahead of time, did he make me take off a day of work? Two weeks later, I take off of work again and what does he do? He shows up 2 hours late. Now I have missed a total of 6 hours work and yet not one single apology. When I mentioned this to him, he grinned and shot back a sarcastic comment. If it were his pay that were deducted, I am sure he would not be laughing. At the end of this, he hands me a bill and I ask him if I have a problem in between treatments, can I call him and his reply was..well, it depends on how much you want to spend? On the phone, it was initially agreed upon that if the same problem occurred between treatments (such as ants, etc.), he would take care of the problem. He told me that he lived in the North Hills and that it would never be a problem since we did not live that far away from each other. Obviously, he did not hold up to his part of the bargain. Let's just hope that his treatment holds!!!!!! To be determined? Hmmmmm....
