I purchased numerous protective gear for our 10 year old baseball pitcher. He was initially reluctant because he didn't want to look different from his teammates. After trying the protection he was convinced to continue to use it because it did not impact his pitching and nobody noticed it. I am sure it also helped him to feel more protected and confident. The customer support from Kyle and Tom was outstanding. I am highly recommending the Unequal Technology products and their service. We will be purchasing more gear from Unequal when he begins lacrosse in the Fall.

Amazing customer service! I really love this product. Unfortunately, my daughter's new school helmet is so tight she can't use this. They have an amazing return policy and you actually get to talk to a live human. Protect your child's furture brain health and get this product!

This company and its products are both outstanding!!! I had bought the Hart shirt in youth small for my 6 year old son as he plays baseball and, believe it or not, the kids we face over the summer can hit seeds. Following the Demar Hamlin incident, I learned more about commoto cordis and the right sort of protection for my little man. He has always wore a chest protector when playing, but I never realized the exact spot in which that injury could result wasnt fully covered. This prompted me to buy the Hart shirt for my son in gray, which the site said ran small.
However, once I received and put the shirt on my son, I realized the padding seemed huge on my sons small body. I reached back out to the company to process a return. When speaking to them, a man named Kyle decided to speak more about the soft spot on the chest and why the pads are positioned the way they are, which is when I explained I loved the product and the shirt fit well but the pads were overwhelmingly too big as my son is smaller for his age. Kyle then asked to FaceTime me so he could see it on my son, and he spent an hour on the phone with me trying to figure out if there was a way they could customize the product down to my sons chest and needs. He worked with the individual who handles alterations for custom orders and called me back after their first changes to the padding size to show me how it looked. Even after this incredible customer service, he had the CEO of the company get on the FaceTime and have a look at my son to come up with one final alteration before shipping that same day so I could receive it 2 days later. My son has worn his new custom fitting hart shirt every sporting event since.
I cant thank them enough for the effort, customer service, and overall willingness to make it work for my son. I want to have piece of mind for my son playing while also giving him the utmost confidence too. I never leave reviews, good or bad, but when you have such outstanding customer service and product, it needs to be shared. Thank you Kyle and Unequal for your help and my son and I both love this Hart shirt!!!!!!
