I called and told them about the leak. They told me they do not handle leaks and gave another company my number to call me. I talked to them and they said they were coming out. Later on that day someone from Rooterman said they were on the way. He looked at the upstairs showers and said it was no water pressure, said all of the valves were broken and a few other things. He didn't fix anything and charged me $120. Nobody told me anything about a $120 fee, especially if no work was getting done right then and there. He called me yesterday with a $1750 quote to fix the leak and said he was emailing the quote. I never received a quote. My original plumbers came out yesterday and fixed the problem for $165. The problem was nothing related to what this guy said. I was robbed without a gun for $120. I would like my money back because it wasn't worth it at all. Service: Plumbing leak detection
