        Pulled in on a Saturday night with a flat tire. They cheerfully added air to spare tire, then changed the tire for us. They declined a $ donation, so many thanks!!

        One of your staff is very unprofessional. That man may be a summer intern. He needs more training and works seriously. 1. He misspelled my name. Even though I get my driver license ready for him to copy my name. Then the hospital reused the wrong name. Now I get several bills from you and other parties with a wrong name. For benefits of your company, I called service center to correct my name then my insurance may pay the bill for you. 2. He asked sensible questions and express inappropriate opinions about my hometown. Yes, Every One has the Freedom of Speech. However, during the Emergency work, should he focus on the medical situation or questions? FYI: The 3rd party billing company is quite rude thus I lower rating from 2 stars to 1 star.

      The Concordville Fire Company uses a third party office for all of our billing. Please call the Fire Company business office directly (610-459-4749) on Monday and ask for the Business Manager. We will review the situation. Thank you.
