Horrible experience. They told me to come in despite not even sending the information to me regarding the address of the appointment and causing me to run late as a result. I don't trust this practice at all. The front desk staff was beyond rude and took zero accountability for what they told me including coming to the appointment based on estimated arrival time. I arrived 4 minutes past this time and they refused to take me and told me that the other 12:00 was already taken. It seems like it's impossible to get dental care and the reviews for this place are horrific.

Thank you Teresa Ciniglio Smith for your accurate analysis and honest analysis of my situation regarding periodontal disease. My other dentist suggested that she could not move forward with treatment before I took care of some issues that she saw as bone loss. You easily could have talked me into thousands of dollars of treatment but you had said that I didn't need anything from you, and also gave me advice regarding how I should move forward regarding taking care of my teeth. Thank you again. I strongly recommend anybody to see you regarding Perry. Dante work that might be needed.

I had a traumatic experience at this office, I came looking for dental health and ended up with irreversible damage. It all started with pain in one single tooth that was crooked. I visited the specialists here Periodontist and Endodontist. They told me that my tooth was fine and that they didn't see an issue and no one could tell me why the pain was happening. Then the dentist referred me to the orthodontist Thomas Franchetti, who recommended that I get braces because my bite was one of the problems. Throughout my treatment, I experienced severe and frequent pain, and that constantly led me to make additional appointments. I had movement of teeth that had to be taken care of urgently. Sometimes the orthodontist would tell me it was normal, other times he would just adjust and say nothing and leave without explanation. He never seemed to care and never took an active or assertive role in my care. Often, he was short, uninterested, and combative. After three years of braces, I got a second opinion and asked that the braces be removed. I was in shock because my bite had not closed in all this time. After removal, I began to have more problems in the jaw joint, pain in my teeth, receding gums and severe cranial muscle pain that advanced further.. When I transferred to a new provider, they denied me my complete file, the x-rays and photographs they took at the beginning of the treatment, the reason that they gave me was that they updated their system and left my file on the old one and they don't even know why they can't open it. For these and more reasons I do not recommend this place because in my case they did me terrible harm.

Ive had terrible experiences with dentist which was made me absolutely neurotic about my dental care. I switched insurances and came in for a visit and Dr. Seth and dental Assistant Maureen provided thee absolute best expierence Ive had. Id even go as far as to say it was a pleasant experience! I hate dentists but this time, I had no qualms about making another appointment. Thank you
