Be very cautious. You may be a solid individual, able and paying rent on time every month, but at the end of the lease they know their agenda. It shouldn't surprise you that they push to the fullest extent of their tenant's obligations while tending little to none of their tenants needs. Their lease policy is maxed out at two months prior to breaking a lease, to add a $50 charge on top each month of the last 2 months to break said lease. Upon breaking lease, if that worked and tied your stomach in a knot for even a week. You are now under the 60 day window and they will require 3 months of rent on top of your lease. There are no negotiations with Liss Property Group. They would love LOVE to have three months paid without a renter. They will send a little letter with a small ledger mentioning that 3 months rent are due to you breaking their Auto Renew Policy to a collection agency and shortly thereafter your credit will go to Hell. It will take 7 years in terms of Credit Score, an equivalent to a misdemeanor in court to have it removed from your Credit Score. You are a commodity to them. I haven't experienced anything less. They will frequent your rooms 14 times throughout the year giving you the 'relevant notice. But, again, this is not your place.

If you don't mind the projects or the trailer park, then you'll enjoy this property. A lot has changed the past 5 years of living here . The environment is not worth the price and this place seems to be unable to hold on to a property manager as well. They are always backed up on maintenance. God forbid you're late on your rent you will be at the bottom of the list as well. They will drag they're feet on any issue. With the caliber of people they are renting to now they need a property manager who can actually manage with authority..... runnnnnnn.
