        I ordered a flower arrangement for my mother-in-laws birthday on 11/23 to be delivered on 11/25. The flowers were never delivered and when we tried to call about it no one answered the phone. My husband got through to a woman on 11/27 who apologized and said she would have them delivered that day with extra flowers in the arrangement. These also were never delivered. But my card was charged. No one still answers the phone and it says the voicemail box is full. Beyond disappointed

        My kid didn't receive her valentines card and flowers candy and bear... very disappointed its hard being in Ohio and trusting someone there to get the job done... thankfully my daughters mom stepped up and made a stop for me so I didn't look like a bad parent. Thats how parenting works folks take notes...will never use this place in the future. Read reviews folks. Ty to my exs boyfriend for driving to the closed flower shop to try and recover the flowers for my daughter.

        Not impressed at all. Delivery was never made. No contact from shop about a refund. Tried multiple times to get a refund but got nothing but a run around. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
