Their ice cream is delicious but if you care what your cakes look like, I recommend looking elsewhere. I ordered 2 ice cream cakes from churn for my sisters 30th birthday. When the order was taken, I explained the color for the party was rose gold. I was told that they don't allow color selection normally but the person taking the order could check with the decorator. I let them know that if a coordinating color wasn't an option, to leave the cake white. I called on Wednesday for a Saturday pick up to check on the cake order. They said they had an order for "Dana" but not "Shayna". After going over the flavors and details, they confirmed it in fact was my order. Not only did they get the name wrong, but that the cake was decorated with red and green. I requested to talk to manager and instead got an email. After going back and forth for a couple days, the only resolution I was offered was taking the cakes as they were (with a 10% discount) or getting a refund and no cake. I wasn't asking for any money off, I just wanted what was ordered. There was enough time to remake the cakes and fix their mistakes and the owner was very unaccountable and not accommodating. She was actually flat out rude. Since I couldn't get cakes for 50 people with 2 days notice, I had them change the name and picked up the cakes. $90 later and I had 2 horrific looking cakes that my 5 year old could have decorated better. It was def a conversation starter but visually negatively impacted all the hard work that goes into party planning. I will never visit churn again.

The drinks are great but expensive and the Gibsonia hours are spotty. It's hit or miss if it's open. Good music and great place to do work and meet clients. But as with most places trying to seem relevant and industrial, they have the uncomfortable metal chairs from Amazon that are a dime a dozen. Not a place to stay for a long time.

I drive 45 min to have their ice cream, its amazing! I consider myself to be an ice cream connoisseur, theirs is by far the best in the area. I also love that they make REAL espresso drinks. It real coffee shops are hard to come by around here
