Company is a joke do not waist your money ..Waisted 6,000 on new roof was not installed correctly had leak in kitchen ceiling from upstairs windows rain got under shingles came in promised to fix ceiling never did ..Not 3 years later I'm missing shingles not properly installed..around my chimney not properly installed..Called them today to possibly fix no longer in business in pa..No surprise there the do shortie work..

Sometimes it is a little overwhelming to find a Roofer after having Hail Storm Damage. I was lucky enough to enlist R.L. Groves&Sons, INC. They worked through the Insurance company to guarantee that I got the complete coverage in my policy. In fact, they were quite tenacious - and ultimately succeeded. The Roofing Job is the best I've seen. When they were gone, it was hard to see that they had been there - except for a Beautiful Roof.

Received quote for work - sales person was very eager. Called several times to follow up, no response, not via text or email either. Reached out to the main office thinking maybe the person no longer works there. Was promised a call back that day, nothing that day nor the days that followed. I do not recommend wasting your time to even attempt to do business with this company. If theyre too busy, or short staffed now, I can only imagine what its like once they get your money!

The roof replacement job was done very well. However, we were misled by the sale person to believe that we could pay off the financed balance with a credit card; the financing company later told me I can't. Now we have to do a balance transfer and pay several hundred dollars in fees. The price is on the higher side, but the materials are better. They also redid our front gutter as a scratch and dent remedy. Overall positive experience, except the financing information error from the sales rep.
