I'm a medical marijuana patient and I had a Telehealth appointment to renew my card on 1/29. My card expires in a few days and they never sent in my certification. So they basically failed to do their job. When I finally got ahold of the nurse in charge of sending my paperwork thru, she did admit to messing up and is now sending it off but this still leaves me screwed over and cant get any medication until my cards arrived. Their staff needs to be trained better.

I used Apple Ridge to get a PA medical marijuanna license, received a card asking to share them with my friends and family but no medical card. Wondering if it comes later or if I got jipped. Will change rating if I either hear back or receive my card in the mail

My care was dropped. There was no follow through. Testing that was to be ordered was forgotten. And this happened more than once . When it was done, they never called with the results . No one would take responsibility. Asked to talk to the physician and was denied. Told the only way I can talk to them is if I make another appointment . That's ridiculous . They can't be bothered talking to you. And they treat you like it's your fault when things happen. Stay away.
