The compassionate staff promptly put me at ease and assured me that such mishaps occur regularly, showering both myself and my pup with kindness. Mallory's affection towards my energetic guy was particularly heartwarming, as she patiently addressed all of my concerns while ensuring I comprehended the answers. Dr Ruppert thoroughly examined Alfie and displayed genuine care for his well-being, taking the time to address any questions or doubts I had., I departed from this office feeling grateful and content knowing every individual we interacted within showed true concern and dedication towards our needs. Witnessing sincere compassion toward animals like Alfie fills my heart with joy and reaffirms we are lucky to be able to visit this remarkable practice.
