Great quality products. Be mindful that they are not always direct crossovers but they are extremely cost effective replacements for the customer that knows how to fabricate or retrofit. The longevity of their products is as good if not superior to the original name brand. Their variety of products and knowledge and helpfulness, if you know what you want to do and can supply specification to them, is fantastic. We have been using them around 15 years and they have been very gracious with the few warranty issues we've had to work with them on. Highly recommended (from a repair facility in business for 40 years).

We had Young Powertech cross a hydraulic motor number to their number and they told us they were exactly the same. Well we received the motor and it was not the same and would not work for our application as it was almost an inch longer. We called the company and they said it was their fault they should have noted the differences and that we should send the motor back and they would credit us the cost and shipping, as well as the return shipping. Well the company is now saying it is our fault and will not be crediting any shipping. AND they added an additional restocking charge. We have wasted a lot of time and money with this and will not be purchasing from this company again.

Absolutely no support or communication on a warranty motor issue. They have little to no knowledge or support of aftermarket motor products we purchased. We submitted warranty issue in May 2017, it's August 2017. Was told parts were on their way in July, nothing. Us and our customer have lost any faith in the product. We are only as good and successful as our vendors. These guys would put us out of business if we only had them to rely on. Worst vendor problem i've had in a many years as i can remember. Been in this industry 25 years.
