        Went to this office for 24 years and always had a good experience, but several months ago the office closed suddenly with no notice.

        Unfriendly staff! A few weeks ago I scheduled 4 of us to be seen. We arrived and they would only accept ONE. I called the ofc Mgr who apologized, we rescheduled and IT HAPPENED AGAIN! We scheduled 3 kids for immunizations and they only accepted TWO. After that so we stayed, rescheduled my Dtr. My son needed meningitis & TDAP shots. They refused TDAP saying he didn't need it, charging for the visit. I returned with school letter for suspension without it. They said 2 more weeks. I requested it when My daughter seen in 3 days since they refused to give and charged his last visit, they said no. Not one error, but 3! 1st visit they refused to see 3 of 4 scheduled, second visit, they refused to see 1 of 3 scheduled and refused a PA mandated shot. Now I have school suspension letter because they claim he doesn't need it. I'm going elsewhere. I read the reviews but I thought "I" would be different. Nope, the reviews are accurate. UPDATE-CHARGE $50 FOR ACCESS TO YOUR OWN RECORDS OTHERS HAND YOU FREE. THIS IS PER PATIENT. DON'T USE THEM, THERE ARE FAR BETTER AVAILABLE NEARBY.
