        The guy working today said he was the Manager but couldnt even make a sale! They had a bin with tool marked with prices but nothing came up right. So when I ask he just had a bad attitude And NO help at all!! So after that they lost Two sales today!! This was my business he would have been FIRED!! So my suggestion to anyone shopping here check youre receipt because the prices mark probably wont ring up and this so called manager wont make a effort to make it right!!!

        I personally work for Pepboys and their parts department has gone way down hill. Simple stuff Pepboys doesnt even carry anymore but Napa always seems to have. I recently needed a brake line fitting that 2 different Pepboys didnt have, and even the dealer didnt have. I stopped at Napa and had it within 1 minute. Hopefully Napa keeps this good reputation for years to come
