Steve's idea of an auction isn't an auction. I was the high bidder for a piece of real estate, and after talking to the seller, Steve tells everyone he is going to RE-OPEN the bidding because the seller's price had not been met, but he was going to reserve the right to buy to the highest bidder if the seller's price wasn't met. He reopens the bidding, essentially dismissing my high bid, and allows someone else to outbid me. That's not an auction Steve, that's a SALE. If I wanted to, I could pursue you for the lost opportunity, but I don't have any more time to waste. Don't waste your time on a real estate auction with Barr Davis. It won't be an auction.
