This law office is amazing! I live in Ohio and my mom passed away this passed year and had property in PA. I had called several Attorneys in PA and they all wanted to charge me double the price and said it could take a year or two to settle this estate being my mom and I lived in Ohio. They made it sound so difficult. Well I got on google and kept searching and came across this law firm. I mad a phone call and Andrea the Paralegal and Attorney Diane Hasek were so kind and helpful! They never got frustrated with my questions, and continuous emails. I wish there were more stars I could click to give them a higher rating!!! Thank you Attorney Diane Hasek and Andrea Neidich!!!!!

Pathetic. Represented me for a hearing and all she did was waste my time AND money! Asked for a continuance raking up my bill just to have nothing different at the next hearing. When the numbers were incorrect instead of researching, she said it is what it is. Thankfully another lawyer stepped in and represented us and got the issue handled. Diane also represented my brother in law in a case where it seemed like he couldnt lose BUT he lost custody of his kids to my sister. There was proof of abuse. Time to retire Diane.

When you get real!!! In my family legal issue. This attorney was supposed to give the judge her opinion of whether child should visit parent. In doing so it would have sufficient to point out the facts and her opinion as well. She did this. But along with all attorneys in this county she had to include derrogatory remarks in that report to the judge. Using words like delusional and crazy to describe a parent in any family law case is UNNECESSARY. She used these terms as if she was an authority to judge and diagnose mental condition of the parent. Shes only a lawyer shes not a doctor so using these words were outside her expertise. Also the judges orders stated that the parents cannot use derragatory remarks about each other. BUT!!! I guess its perfectly acceptable to the judge to let the attorney call these parents any name they feel like. They are using words that put permanent labels of mental condition on parents and are in permanent ink. But yet they only know these people for 6 months or a year. Instead of using labels like delusional or crazy. They could be professional and respectful of the child and say the parent doesnt seem to have a grip on reality in their thinking during this trial proceedings. No need to make permanent mental defamatory remarks that tge child will always think the parent is actually crazy. But was never diagnosed by a psychiatrist as such. These attorneys and judges have no business at all for letting these remarks enter a family law case. They arent criminals and never lost their rights. But these guys will sit in the chambers and have a mud slinging fest on these parents on trial for something that is not a crime. We should be able to sue these people for slander.
