Unprofessional, several days with no response from headquarters. I called their Texas headquarters and the system just hangs up on you. Im 6 months from the original closing date they promised and no end in sight. Nightmare of a company.

This is a review of the absolutely mismanaged/non-managed launch of Toll Brothers newest student multi-family housing building called "Lapis". It is student and faculty only housing in Miami, Florida. Onsite staff is unresponsive, has had a full mailbox for OVER a month, students are calling and attempting to get move in information for an August 12th move in, and after multiple attempts at reaching no one at the building management office either in person or on the phone, we contacted Toll Brothers corporate office, where we were told "It's move in week, of course the voicemail box at Lapis is going to be full". Then we were passed off and told someone at Lapis will call us, which has of course NOT happened. It's absolutely shameful that a company such as Toll Brothers is fumbling a building grand opening like this. Horrible experience! Do not sign a lease there with your student. This is a situation that takes advantage of students who are in a very tight housing market in Miami. It is SHAMEFUL!!
